Tracey Key began their work experience as a Tax Assistant at Arthur Andersen in 1996, where they provided administrative tax processing for corporate and individual tax returns. Tracey also assisted with general administrative tasks in various divisions of the Tax Department.

In 2002, Tracey joined Faulkner, Muskovitz & Phillips, LLP as a Legal Assistant, specializing in labor law litigation. Their responsibilities included drafting memos and legal correspondence, transcribing pleadings, coordinating calendars, and managing documents. Tracey also provided support for negotiations, arbitration hearings, and court filings.

In 2007, Tracey joined Middough as a Project Assistant. Their duties included administrative support for engineers and architectural designers, such as document management, calendar management, and database/spreadsheet maintenance. Tracey also handled tasks such as scanning documents and photographs, drafting proposals and contracts, and organizing client meetings.
