Turlough McGovern MRICS is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in quantity surveying. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Midgard Ltd since June 2015, Turlough previously held positions as Project Quantity Surveyor at Berkeley Group Plc and Quantity Surveyor at Midgard Ltd, P. Elliott & Co. Ltd, and McNab. Turlough began the career as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at P. Elliott & Co. Ltd after earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Edinburgh Napier University between 2004 and 2006.
