Jennifer Weir

Jennifer Weir currently serves as the Head of Clinical Recruiting at Midi Health and has held multiple leadership roles within the company since July 2022. In addition, Jennifer has been the Chief Executive Officer at The New Manager School since June 2021. Previously, Jennifer worked at Dignity Health as the Director of Business Development for Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care, and as a Physician Recruiter from June 2015 to January 2023. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
