Melissa Polega

Melissa Polega is an experienced Early Childhood Specialist with a career spanning various roles in early childhood education. Currently serving at Midland County Educational Service Agency since September 2022, Melissa has previously held positions including Area Manager at Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency, Inc from July 2019 to January 2023, and Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator/Early Childhood Specialist at Midland County Educational Service Agency from September 2018 to June 2019. With a strong background in coaching and mentoring, Melissa has supported GSRP preschool teachers and staff, provided training, and ensured curriculum fidelity.
