Bennett van Pelt

Bennett Van Pelt is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in legal outsourcing and financial performance management. Currently serving as Manager of Legal Outsourcing at Midland Credit Management, Bennett drives collections strategy for a national network of law firms, overseeing relationships that generate over $450 million annually. Previously, as a Senior Performance Manager at Midland Credit Management, revenue was successfully increased from $200 million to $300 million per year while providing key operational insights through executive reporting. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Bennett contributed to financial analysis and internal control for the Department of the Navy's audit readiness initiative. Bennett began their career as an intern at Tremonti Consulting, focusing on intellectual asset management.
