Brian Staley

Brian Staley is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Staff Counsel at Midland Credit Management, a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, since August 2012. With a robust background in law, Brian previously held attorney positions at Allen L. Adkins & Associates, P.C. and Hull & Associates, P.C., managing significant caseloads and participating in various trials and mediations across Texas. In addition to legal practice, Brian is the owner of Tomfoolery Toys, Inc., a toy store that promotes imaginative play for children, and has experience in the intelligence community as an Intelligence Research Specialist at the Central Intelligence Agency. Brian holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
