Maegan Schwindling

Maegan Schwindling is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Decatur Morgan CEO and Program Facilitator at the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship since June 2021. With a diverse background, Maegan has worked as a Launch Strategist in a self-employed capacity since 2017 and held the role of Chief of Staff at Copper Books from May 2018 to March 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at John C. Calhoun State Community College from August 2014 to December 2019, an Implementation Strategist for Child Safety Pledge in 2018, and DR Congo Program Coordinator/North Alabama Director at Lifeline Children's Services from 2011 to 2014.
