Butch Rittmann has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Butch began their career at Wal-Mart Store Inc. in 1987, where they held the position of General Manager. During their time at Wal-Mart, Butch was responsible for budgeting, P&L management, and overseeing people and merchandise in 10 facilities across three states. Butch's most recent position was at Midland Radio Corporation, where they initially served as the Director of Operations starting in 2016. In August 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, and there is no specified end date for this position.
