Butch Rittmann

Butch Rittmann has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Butch began their career at Wal-Mart Store Inc. in 1987, where they held the position of General Manager. During their time at Wal-Mart, Butch was responsible for budgeting, P&L management, and overseeing people and merchandise in 10 facilities across three states. Butch also led a team of store planning personnel and successfully opened 15 new, expanded, and relocated stores within established budgets and deadlines. Butch was regionally selected to the Kansas City market to pilot a new store management structure, focusing on work/life balance and developing sustainable routines.
