Katie Schumacher

Katie Schumacher has a strong background in audit and accounting, with experience in both banking and the professional services industry. Katie most recently served as the Director of Audit and Assurance at Midland States Bank, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Internal Audit Manager at Hawthorn Bank from April 2020 to March 2022. From September 2017 to March 2020, they held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Midland States Bank. Katie began their career at KPMG US, where they worked as a Senior Audit Associate from August 2013 to September 2017.
