Neal Koerner

Neal Koerner is an experienced asset manager with a strong background in overseeing diverse portfolios, particularly in healthcare, senior living, and multifamily housing projects. Currently, at Midland States Bank since June 2016, Neal utilizes financial statement and occupancy report analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as an asset manager at Lancaster Pollard and as an account associate at Fahlgren Mortine. Neal also served as a Psychological Operations Team Leader in the US Army from September 2004 to September 2012, earning the Army Commendation Medal during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Neal holds a degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
