Mike Larson

Mike Larson has a strong background in law and risk management. Mike currently holds the position of Compliance Director at Midland Trust Company. Prior to this, they were the Attorney/Owner of Larson Law Office, where they specialized in business and estate planning, contracts, and banking and finance. Mike also served as the Chief Risk Officer and In-House Counsel at Diamond Mowers, overseeing risk management, contracts, and safety. Before that, Mike worked as an In-House Counsel at Swenson Investments & Commodities, focusing on financial markets, compliance, and risk management. Mike began their career at Mountain Valley Bank as the Vice President - Real Estate, handling real estate, secondary markets, and mortgage transactions.

Mike Larson's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Augustana University (SD). Mike also completed a program in Project Management for In-House Counsel at Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Larson further pursued their education at the University of Minnesota Law School, where they obtained a JD degree in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Larson has obtained certifications including a J.D. from the South Dakota Bar Association and various certifications such as Series 3, Series 65, OSHA 10, and Project Management for Attorneys Certification from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
