Marty Thorne

Marty Thorne is an experienced electrician currently employed at Midland Industrial Service LLC since April 2021. Previous roles include positions at PANHANDLE POWER SOLUTIONS LLC, where a 40 megawatt battery storage unit was built for a solar farm, and Vos Electric as an industrial electrician. Marty also served as a journeyman electrician at Ludvik Electric Co. and worked as an electrical foreman at Electro-Mech Inc., contributing to a coal to natural gas conversion project. Earlier experience includes serving as foreman industrial electrician for Midland Industrial Services LLC and electrical lead during an expansion project at a kraft food plant. Marty completed an electrical apprenticeship at NJATC of Topeka Kansas from 1996 to 2001.
