Melissa Forte

Melissa Forte is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently employed at The Midland School since September 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Multiple Disabilities Teacher at the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey from July 2019 to August 2021, and worked as a School Community Based Special Education Teacher and Extended School Year Special Education Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools from August 2016 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Teacher and Extended School Year Special Education Teacher at Colonial Intermediate Unit 20, and as a Substitute Teacher at both East Stroudsburg Area School District and Stroudsburg Area School District in early 2015. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education with specializations in Special Education and Early Childhood Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
