Grant Gierhahn

Grant Gierhahn is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in various roles, including Banquet Captain/Bartender at Midlothian Country Club and Bar/Dining Room Manager at Ridge Country Club. At Ridge Country Club, responsibilities included drafting employee schedules for a large team, managing the POS system, and training new hires. Grant also contributed to menu development and staff conduct policies. Earlier experience includes bartending positions at Flanagan's Irish Pub, where exceptional customer service and communication skills were honed in a fast-paced environment.
