Ron Bland

Ron Bland has a diverse work experience. Ron is currently serving as the Director of Engagement at Midlothian ISD, a role they started in August 2021. Prior to this, Ron was the owner of RB Creative since October 1980. Ron has also worked as a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2000 to 2013 and at Dallas Baptist University from 2003 to 2012. Additionally, they have had brief stints as a Lecturer at Southern Methodist University in 2010 and at Baylor University from 1979 to 1980.

Ron Bland has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Education from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems & Journalism from the same university. Ron also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Baylor University.
