Elizabeth Hayes

Elizabeth Hayes began their work experience in 2009 as a Leadership Development Intern at Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. Elizabeth then transitioned to The Ohio State University in 2007, where they worked as a Student Office Assistant until 2010. In 2010, they joined Midmark Corporation as an Operations Planner, later becoming an Operations Planner Team Leader in 2012. Elizabeth then progressed to roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and most recently, as an HR Process Lead starting in 2020. Throughout their tenure at Midmark Corporation, they provided business partner support for manufacturing, global supply chain, and logistics, as well as day-to-day support for a manufacturing facility with over 500 employees.

Elizabeth Hayes attended The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Elizabeth also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
