Josh Shenk started their career as an Engineering Group Leader at Hillrom in 2001, where they managed projects and budgets. Josh then moved on to roles at Griffin Analytical Technologies and Hillrom again before joining STERIS in 2015 as the Global Vice President of Research and Development. Josh went on to work at Mammotome as the Vice President of Engineering and R&D and is currently the Vice President of Research and Development at Midmark Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership in R&D, project management, and team integration.

Josh Shenk completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Machine Design) from the University of Notre Dame in 1989-1993. Josh then pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (New Product Development) from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993-1995. Later, they attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 2002-2005.
