Tom Pain is a seasoned software engineer with a strong background in technology and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as a back-end software engineer at Midnite, an esports and sports betting platform, Tom handles complex technical challenges related to large volumes of data in regulated environments. Previous experience includes co-founding Packed, a marketplace for group holidays, and serving as a senior associate at True, focusing on venture capital and scaling technology companies in EMEA. Tom has also held leadership roles at Oliver James Associates, significantly growing digital and marketing teams, and managed product performance at Outgoing Ltd.
