Donatella Di Ferrante has over 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Assistant and Customer Service representative at Mid Ocean Brands since June 2007. In this role, Donatella is responsible for managing VIP clients, developing customer portfolios, and providing pre- and post-sales assistance, including order acquisition and processing. Prior to this, Donatella worked at Pliko srl for a brief period in 2007, where responsibilities included managing overseas schedules, placing supplier orders, product development, and event organization. Donatella holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
