Julia Nigro Pt, Dpt

Julia Nigro, PT, DPT, is an experienced acute care physical therapist currently working at MidState Medical Center since December 2022. Previously, Julia has gained extensive practical knowledge through roles at Norwalk Hospital and Northern Dutchess Hospital, focusing on inpatient acute care. Julia has presented on the impact of ICU experiences on patient care and contributed to case reports and educational materials during various internships and student positions across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient orthopedics and acute rehabilitation. Julia holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island.
