Ashley Futris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ashley is currently working as the Director of Development for Midway ISD and the Executive Director for the Midway Education Foundation. Prior to that, they co-founded the Waco Famous Podcast and served as the Senior Manager of Business Development at LEARFIELD. Ashley also worked at Baylor University as the Associate Director for Donor Engagement and Donor Engagement Specialist. Additionally, they co-founded CoTown Collab, owned and operated Bolt Boutique as its owner, and worked at SportHooks as an Account Executive and Marketing Associate. Ashley started their career at the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, where they held various roles including Vice President of Sports and Special Events and Director of Sports and Special Events. Before that, they worked as a Program Associate at Special Olympics Texas and started their career as a Sports and Special Events Intern at the Greater Waco Chamber.

Ashley Futris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University. Ashley attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
