Lori Boyer

Lori Boyer, SPHR has over 17 years of experience in human resources management. Most recently, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at MidWest America Federal Credit Union since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at NESCO Specialty Rentals from July 2017 to September 2020, where they oversaw HR functions for 400 employees across multiple locations in North America. Lori also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Lifetouch, where they managed HR operations for over 650 employees, and as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at G & S Metals, where they handled HR responsibilities for 175 employees at multiple locations. Lori began their HR career as a Human Resources Director at Orthopaedics NorthEast, where they oversaw HR functions for 350 employees. Lori Boyer has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration throughout their career.
