Cole Finley

Cole Finley is an experienced air traffic controller currently working at Midwest ATC since November 2018, responsible for the safe and orderly separation of aircraft and issuing safety alerts to pilots. In addition to this role, Cole has served as an Air Traffic Control Specialist with the United States Army Reserve since November 2019, and previously held positions in the US Army from October 2012 to October 2018, including Career Counselor, Facility Chief, Training Supervisor, and Shift Leader for various air traffic control facilities. Cole also held the role of Tower Supervisor, overseeing all air traffic operations and collaborating with Latvian Air Force controllers. Educational background includes studies at Moberly Area Community College from 2011 to 2012 and Southern Boone High School from 2008 to 2011.
