Michaela Smith

Michaela Smith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in behavior analysis and therapeutic services. Currently employed at Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers since April 2024, Michaela previously held positions as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician at Bright Mosaic from November 2021 to April 2024. Prior roles include serving as a Teacher Assistant at the University of North Texas, a Behavioral Therapist at Crosspoint Autism Therapy, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Behavior Analysis Resource Center. Michaela's foundational experience also includes roles as a Behavior Therapist, Direct Care Staff, and Respite Caregiver. Michaela holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, along with an Associate of Arts from Collin College.
