Alma Cernica, MBA, has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the AVP of Small Business - Community and Economic Development at Midwest BankCentre since March 1998. Alma also held the position of Assistant to Vice President at Midwest BankCentre. In March 2022, Alma briefly worked as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Stearns Bank N.A. and managed operations at Southern Commercial Bank in March 2018. Alma earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University between 2008 and 2012.
