Melissa Beckenbach is an experienced Sr. Claims Adjuster at Waypoint Mutual, specializing in Worker's Compensation claims since January 2016. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Claims Supervisor at ESIS, Inc. from July 1991 to January 2016, and was a Sr. Claims Adjuster at Applause Video from September 1989 to December 1991. Early in the career, Melissa gained experience as a Manager in Training at Dillards from April 1985 to June 1991, along with roles as a Sales Associate. Educationally, Melissa holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Longview Community College, attended from 1986 to 1994, and studied briefly at the University of Central Missouri in 1985-1986.
