Jean DePalma

Jean DePalma, a twenty-year team member of CTRAC Direct (and 4 years at Midwest Direct) has recently been promoted to Director of CTRAC Direct. As Director, Jean will call upon her years of extensive experience in customer service to maintain and grow strong relationships with Midwest Direct customers and stakeholders. Jean will oversee the day-to-day operations of CTRAC Direct.

CTRAC Direct is a well-respected provider of data and support services ranging from advising clients on data-related projects such as data management, lead/list acquisition, and digital marketing production. CTRAC Direct also offers support services such as professional data entry, and related clerical/fulfillment services.
