Schamra Detherage

Schamra Detherage started their career in 2007 at Hays Medical Center, where they held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Schamra began as a Member Services Representative and worked their way up to become a Professional Recruiter, Human Resources Manager, and eventually the Director of Human Resources. In 2020, they joined Midwest Energy, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Schamra Detherage pursued their education at Fort Hays State University. Schamra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences at the same university.
