Prior to this role, Kurt worked as a Claims Adjuster at United Fire Group from May 2013 to September 2016, and at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance from July 2010 to May 2013. Kurt Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 1993 and 1997.
