Robert Baca has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Interim Sales Manager and System Design Specialist at Midwest Foundation Repair since April 2023. Prior to this role, Robert spent nearly a decade at Walmart, where positions included Store Manager, Co Manager, and Assistant Manager. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Consultant at Acura of Johnston, Residential Sales Consultant at ADT Security Services, and F&I Business Manager at Lujack Auto Plaza. Robert began a sales career as a Sales Representative at Nestle and also held the position of Area Manager at Fareway Stores, Inc. Robert Baca studied at Clinton Community College from 2003 to 2005.

Midwest Foundation Repair has been waterproofing basements, crawl spaces, and foundations in the greater Des Moines, IA area since 1995, and is the exclusive dealer of Basement Systems products in central Iowa. Over the years we have won a number of awards and we are proud of all of them. There are a couple we like to highlight. In 2023, our employees voted us a Best Place to Work in Des Moines.
