Michelle McPherson joined Midwest Family of Companies on August 10, 2007and has 21 years of experience in the field, starting out as Direct Care Staff and advancing from there.

Current Certificates Held: Dual Diagnosis Colaberation, Developing Positive Performance and Culture, Working with Individuals who have Mental Illness and Developmental Disabilities in Crisis Situations, Core Concepts, Fostering an Enhanced System of Care for People with Dual Diagnosis-Treatment and Placement Considerations, MUI and TAPS/QUEST trainer.

Michelle currently is on the Local Safety Council Committee; the TEN Committee (The Excellence Network)-partnering with County Boards and Providers revolutionizing the culture of service deliveries in Ohio; BSRC of Licking County and Person Centered Thinking - "Helping people get better lives not just better plans".
