Geoff Lefeber

Geoff Lefeber has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Geoff started their career in 2003 at HUI, Inc., where they worked as a Production Supervisor until 2005. Geoff then moved on to become a Master Production Scheduler from 2006 to 2009 and later served as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement from 2009 to 2016. In 2015, Geoff worked at Verisys Registrars as a Quality Management Consulting and Lead Auditor. From 2010 to 2014, they also worked as an Adjunct Business Professor at Lakeland University. Currently, Geoff is the Vice President of Operations at MPE-Inc, a position they have held since 2020, after serving as the Director of Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Geoff Lefeber earned their Bachelor's degree in Production and Operations Management and Financial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the years 2000 to 2003. Geoff then pursued a Masters in Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Marquette University, completing it from 2007 to 2010. In 2004 to 2005, Geoff obtained a Lean Leadership Certification from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in May 2015, Lead QMS Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in February 2015, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in December 2006.
