Megan started her journey into healthcare 9 years ago, as a CNA after spending 10 years as a fund accountant in the financial world. Her entire nursing career has been spent in home health, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Megan has worked as a Charge Nurse, a Staff Development Coordinator, an MDS Coordinator, and a Director of Nursing. Her focus on all aspects of the resident’s experience drives her and her team toward excellence in care.
As a Director of Nursing, Megan led her team in a deficiency-free survey two years in a row. She is known for her leadership skills, her ability to identify opportunities, and her passion for teaching others. As a Regional Consultant, Megan supports centers by providing system reviews, training, and education to ensure that best practices are being utilized.
