Claire Nwaoko

Claire Nwaoko, MBA, is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Physician Recruiter at Midwest Vision Partners since February 2023. Previously, Claire worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Rare, where responsibilities included filling high-level NGO roles related to climate change and sustainability and enhancing the candidate experience. Claire also has a background as a Recruiter at Origin, focusing on clinical and corporate hiring, managing hiring processes, and implementing DEI practices.
