Len D. Devaisher

Mr. Devaisher is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank. Prior to joining the Company in July 2020, he served as the Vice President for Resource Development for the United Way of Dane County. Prior to that, Mr. Devaisher was employed by Old National Bank, serving in a variety of roles between 2001 and 2019. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer, Wisconsin Region, from 2016-2019. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Young Life, Africa from 2010-2013. Mr. Devaisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Evansville, completed the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and earned a leadership certificate in banking from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
