Rachel McKenzie

Rachel McKenzie has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel'smost recent role was as the HR Director for the UK&I division of Midwich Group plc, a position they held since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Nimans from April 2022 and at Nycomm from September 2020. Rachel also took a career break from May 2017 to August 2020, during which they spent time in Munich. Before their career break, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at BGF (Business Growth Fund) from April 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, they worked at NGA Human Resources, where they held several roles, including UKIE HR Lead and HR Business Partner, from 2009 to 2016. Rachel's early career includes roles as the Head of Human Resources at MoneyPlus Group from February 2007 to April 2009, Co-President at Newleaf California Training & Development LLC from January 2005 to December 2006, and Director of Performance Improvement at Hilton Chicago USA from March 2004 to September 2004. Rachel started their career at Hilton Group PLC in 1997, serving as the Regional HR & Training Manager until December 2003.

Rachel McKenzie completed their A levels in Business Studies, Economics, and Art at Wrekin College in Shropshire from 1989 to 1991. Rachel then went on to attend Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Rachel'sfield of study during this time included Business Studies, HR, and Training.
