Erika Aronson

Erika Aronson is a Human Resources Associate with a strong background in human behavior and organizational psychology. Currently employed at Midwood Investment & Development since November 2021, Erika previously served in similar roles at P.G. Chambers School from July 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included both human resources and special education support. Erika holds a degree in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology from Kean University, obtained in January 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sacred Heart University, completed in 2015.
