Prue Taylor

Prue Taylor is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director at Miele since June 2025. Prior to this role, Prue held various leadership positions at David Jones from January 2021 to May 2025, including Head of People for both the Omnichannel & Technology and overall business, where responsibilities included partnering with executive leadership to enhance performance and drive strategic initiatives. Prue's earlier career includes significant roles at GPC Asia Pacific, where leadership spanned organizational effectiveness, workplace relations, and national HR management. Additional experience includes HR advisory positions at Baulderstone and Deloitte, alongside foundational work in employee relations and industrial relations at CCIQ.
