Jolorie Williams has a long and varied career in marketing and business strategy. Jolorie began their career in 1985 as a Senior Product Manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. In 1998, they moved to Clairol as a Senior Product Manager of Professional Products. In 2006, they joined Lancome as an AVP Make Up Marketing and an AVP Domestic Marketing, where they were responsible for leading the development of strategic marketing plans. In 2010, they became the Executive Director of North America Applied Marketing for Origins. In 2014, they joined Revlon Professional Brands as Vice President Marketing, where they were responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that drove topline sales. In 2020, they joined Revlon Inc. as General Manager, with full P&L responsibility for Revlon's Multi-Cultural Division. In 2022, they became President of Haven Lane Consultants, a strategist with 15+ years of expertise in the highly competitive and fast-growing multicultural industry. In 2023, they became Chief Marketing Officer for Mielle Organics LLC.

Jolorie Williams attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
