Nicole Ray Robinson has extensive experience in marketing and business consulting. Nicole began their career in 2000 as a Business Consultant for Kenan Institute Asia. In 2002, they moved to Paris Presents Incorporated as a Product Manager and was responsible for managing a $50M beauty accessories business, which saw a +15% increase in sales and +9% increase in market share. In 2005, Nicole was promoted to Director of Channel Marketing at Home Products International - North America, Inc., where they led a team of 3 Channel Marketers and created channel partner programs to grow a $190M storage and home organization business. In 2012, Nicole joined Namaste Laboratories, LLC as the Director of Marketing - Category Head. In this role, they led brand-building and growth strategies for retail and professional hair care brands that represented 85% of total company sales and developed a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager. In 2019, Nicole opened their own business, The NRR Group, LLC, and served as a Marketing Consultant. In 2021, they joined Ambi Skincare as the Head of Marketing and in 2022, they were appointed as the Senior Brand Director of Mielle Organics LLC.
Nicole Ray Robinson obtained an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied Marketing and International Business. Nicole also holds a BA from Macalester College, where they studied Economics & Business and French. Additionally, they have a certification from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Integrated Digital Marketing Communications, which includes certificates in Multi-Channel Marketing Communications, Practical Internet Marketing, Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
