Milton Rodríguez has been working in the technology and finance industries for over 20 years. In 1999, they began their career as an administrative assistant at Banco de Previsión Social. In 2001, they worked as a data entry in Santander Uruguay and as an administrative and head of the digital lab at Foto Martín. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a .Net Senior Developer and Trainer. During this time, they also worked as an IT consultant at GuruYu, a project manager and senior developer at X-Sistemas, and a trainer of .Net courses at Tata Consultancy Services. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at UruIT as a PO & SM/Technology specialist/Full Stack Developer. In 2017, they became the CEO of MiFinanzas. Additionally, they have been an assistant professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay since 2008.

Milton Rodríguez's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Superior School of Technologies (UTU) from 1994 to 1997, a Systems Analyst degree from the Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2003 to 2010, and a System Engineer degree from the same university from 2003 to 2010. In 2013, they attended Harvard University for a course in Building Mobile Applications in Computer Science. Milton also attended the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Uruguayan Chapter for a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam Preparation Course in 2010. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2013, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2013, Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft in 2010, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, ASP.NET Application Development from Microsoft in 2010, Microsoft .NET Framework, Application Development Foundation from Microsoft in 2008, and Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET from Microsoft in 2006.
