Nick Snietka has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2019. In 2012, they were a Software Engineer Intern at ESPN, where they worked on the Emerging Technology teams focusing on ESPN's Advanced Replay Tool (ART). In 2013, they worked as a Research Software Developer at Boston Children's Hospital. In 2014, they joined Mightier (Neuromotion Labs) as a Software Engineer and worked on commercializing research-backed games. Nick later became a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead for a small, cross-functional engineering group. In 2016, they were promoted to Software Engineering Manager and managed a distributed team of full stack developers. In 2019, they joined Inclusion Org as a Mentor.
Nick Snietka completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from Wake Forest University in 2013. Nick is currently enrolled in the Harvard Extension School to study User Experience.
