Brian Annechino brings 10+ years of experience in international business development and bringing new technologies to market. His expertise has been in software and construction technology in affordable housing. He developed a Public Private Partnership with the United Nations and World Health Organization, where his solutions improved health in more than 7 African countries. This brought him to speak at the United Nations General Assembly in NYC and Africa.. At a construction technology company, he helped bring a housing system consisting of lightweight modular formwork and a Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) machine to market. He led the market entries and deals that led to training developers and contractors for executing the first ever “green certified” housing projects in Nigeria, Ghana, and Panama consisting of ~500 homes.
