Vincent Toh has over 13 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. In 2022, they began working as the Supply Chain Manager for Mighty Jaxx. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Logistics Manager - Regional for Trendz 360 Pte. Ltd., Manna 360 Pte Ltd., and MBT (Physiological Footwear). In 2017, they were the Business Solutions Manager for Warehouse Logistics Net Asia Pte Ltd. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Operations Manager for BDP International. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Manager of Operations & Business Development for SIM Solutions Pte Ltd. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Senior Warehouse Manager for Allport Cargo Services. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Operations Manager for Warehouse Logistics Net Asia Pte Ltd. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Logistics & Warehouse Manager for Snorre Food Pte Ltd.

Vincent Toh obtained a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health from NTUC LearningHub between 2015 and 2016. Vincent also obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic between 1989 and 1991 and a Diploma in Materials Management from Singapore Institute of Materials Management between 1994 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained an ISO 13485:2016 Medical Device Management System Internal Auditor certification from TÜV SÜD in January 2022.
