Christie Van Tol has a diverse work history. Christie currently works as a Community Strategist for Mighty Networks since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Consultant & Business Coach for their own company starting in June 2019. Christie also held roles at Mariah Coz, where they were a Senior Client Experience Manager and a Program Manager/Lead Client Success Coach from December 2021 to March 2023 and from February 2020 to February 2021 respectively. At Mariah Coz, they also worked as a Client Success & Marketing Strategist from June 2018 to February 2020. Before their time at Mariah Coz, Christie served as a Digital Learning Marketing Manager at Teach Away Inc. from May 2017 to June 2018 and as an Online Course Coordinator from April 2015 to April 2017. Christie also worked as a Voice Over Talent at Learnkit from April 2015 to June 2018 and as a Copywriter (Storytelling Specialist) at Leonardo Worldwide Corporation from February 2015 to April 2015.

Christie Van Tol completed a degree in Digital Marketing from RED Academy in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Ryerson University between 2008 and 2012.
