Shannon Paris

Shannon Paris has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Currently, Shannon works at Mighty Networks as a Community Strategist, where they assist creators and brands in developing and expanding their communities through the platform's various features. Prior to that, Shannon held the position of Community Director at The Network.

Before joining Mighty Networks and The Network, Shannon worked at What Works for several years. Initially starting as a Community Advocate, Shannon progressed to become the Director of Product during their tenure at the company.

Shannon's earlier work experience includes roles at Ten Thousand Villages. They served as a Buyer in India, where they were responsible for buying, product development, and maintaining vendor relations. Additionally, Shannon filled the role of Visual Merchandising Manager on a national level, showcasing their expertise in managing visual displays.

Shannon Paris pursued their education from 1988 to 1993 at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where they obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree with a specialization in Architecture. In addition to their academic achievements, Shannon Paris also completed the certification course "Intro to Conflict, Communication & Culture" provided by Advoz: Mediation & Restorative Practices in September 2021.
