Anna Nazarenko

Anna Nazarenko is the CFO of MightyCall. Before that, they worked as a Sr finance specialist at Acronis from September 2007 to May 2014. There, they were responsible for transformation of Russian financial statements to US GAAP, preparation of tax roll-forwards, plan vs fact analyses, coordinating, monitoring and execution of funding for Moscow and European Offices, daily preparation of cash flow, control over spending, preparing the documents regarding the corporate currency control, tracking the passports of deals, negotiation with Russian and European banks, business trips to European office for checking the accounting, correcting mistakes, taking part in the processes of preparing the manuals for European office, preparing VAT returns, reconciliations on accounts for European office, negotiation with foreign vendors, preparation of accounting documents (quarter intercompany papers and others), writing of regulations, instructions for Moscow office, preparation of the statement of cash flow (4th form of Russian financial statements), budget preparation, and preparation, execution and monitoring the agreements on both languages (Russian and English).

Anna Nazarenko has a Master's degree in International Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and a Specialist degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Moscow State Academy of Business Administration.
