Jayne Babine

As EVP, Sales and Partnership Development, Jayne is responsible for developing and executing on strategic sales and partnership initiatives.

Previously, Jayne served as the Head of National Ad Sales at XO Group, a life stage brand company now known as TheKnotWW, where she led a national team of direct sellers to help to grow a nascent programmatic offering and leverage the power of its unique first party data for a more data-driven national advertising sales approach across display, video, mobile, social, custom content, event activation, and national print.

Prior to XO Group, Jayne spent over 6 years at Neustar as the VP of Media & Advertising Partnership Sales for the Marketing Services division focused on driving partnership activation and channel sales across multiple products including: 3rd party data AdAdvisor audiences, onboarding, analytics, and measurement solutions. She joined Neustar Marketing Services through its $650 million acquisition of TARGUSinfo in 2011 which owned offline data assets and data activation by providing information services solutions to large, medium and small enterprises.

Jayne brings over 15 years of consultative sales and partnership development experience with a combination of leadership experience in media, advertising and marketing technology and data analytics space.

Jayne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
