Peggy Liu

Peggy Liu, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Peggy is currently working as the VP, Global Controller at Media.Monks, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to their current position, Peggy was the VP, Global Controller at MightyHive, which is now part of Media.Monks. Peggy held this role from July 2021 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Global Controller at MightyHive from July 2016 to July 2021.

Before joining MightyHive, Peggy served as the Director of Finance & Accounting at Legend Gaming, Inc. from December 2015 to April 2016. Peggy also worked as the Interim Controller/Sr. Accounting Manager at Machine Zone, Inc. from September 2013 to October 2015.

Peggy began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at GREE International, Inc. from April 2012 to September 2013. Peggy also worked as an Accounting Consultant at Peggy Liu CPA from January 2009 to September 2013.

Prior to that, Peggy was a Senior Accountant at Elevate Financial Solutions from May 2011 to April 2012. Peggy also served as an Accounting Consultant at Amax Engineering from January 2010 to 2012.

Peggy's early career includes experience as an Audit Associate at KPMG US from August 2007 to January 2009. Peggy also worked as an Accounting and Statistics Course Reader at UC Berkeley: Haas School of Business & Dept of Statistics from August 2003 to December 2006.

Peggy Liu, CPA has a diverse education history. Peggy first attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they obtained a B.S degree in Business Administration & Accounting. Peggy further expanded their education at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.A. in Social Welfare. Peggy also pursued a Minor in Global Management at Meiji Gakuin University.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Peggy Liu has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) in February 2009.
