The leadership team at Migo has a lot of experience in different industries. They have worked as trustees at The Freer and Sackler Galleries, co-founders and managing directors at China Fine Art Management, summer associates at Lloyd George Management, and Chengwei Ventures. They have also worked as site operations managers at PT. Berlina, Tbk, site safety managers at Campbell Arnott's, assistant engineering project managers for skin factories at Unilever, and assistant engineering project managers for tea factories at Unilever. They have also received degrees from Yale University and Institut Teknologi Bandung.
